The location was just amazing, within walking distance of all the theaters, Times Square, and an array of food and coffee options. It was excellent to be so close to everything and yet still have a quiet and comfortable place to retreat to. I especially enjoyed working in the mezzanine, away from the crowds, and having the option to use the meeting rooms. And when I returned "home" to the hotel, I was always greeted by a fun and welcoming lobby and a super comfy room.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

We had a fantastic stay at CitizenM. The location was perfect, with Times Square just a short walk away. The modern and clean hotel had a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, giving us recommendations for the best burger place and even helping us book tickets for outlet stores and musicals. The view from our 19th-floor room was exceptional. We will definitely be coming back!
